This could be a good place for us to share anything we have created to help prepare our kids for the PreK Assesments!
Here are the recording sheets for the 1st and 2nd nine weeks that I used. I put a check if they know the entire skill (not just 3/4 or what is required for the report card) and if they dont know the entire skill, I write what they dont know so i can glance at it and see what they need to work on. (ex: letters- even if they know 10, I still write the ones they dont know; syllables or rhyming I just write 2/4 or 1/4 etc to let me know if they need work)
This is a variation of Sarah Rivera's. This can be sent home weekly and completely customized to each child's needs. It includes a tracking chart for both Letters and Sounds. -Holly Saucedo 2-9-11

I haven't made the 3rd or 4th nine weeks yet. I'm waiting to see the assessment booklets. Let me know if you have any questions.-Moseley
ORDINALS-
I am attaching some pages I just made that are in the same format for testing ordinals. Becky
I used these pages with my kids today (11/6/09), and they LOVED them! They thought it was funny that I had aliens on something. Becky
Is it a pattern or NOT a pattern?!?
I made these sheets for showing the kids what is and is not a pattern. I cut them then had them laminated. Becky
